The widget shows what is left to spend today, with upcoming bills already taken out. Set your payday once and the bird keeps counting down to it. No budget spreadsheet.
Bank SMS arrives. Copy, paste, done.
Paste a message from KBank, SCB, Krungthai, Krungsri, ttb, GSB or Paotang. On-device AI pulls out the amount, merchant and time as a draft for you to check. The text never leaves your iPhone, and the bird never saves without asking.
Hands full on the BTS? Tell Siri
“Hey Siri, log BTS 47 baht”, or tap the quick-add widget. The keypad shows your usual categories, so it takes five seconds. Works offline and syncs later.
Lunch split four ways, QR sent
Enter the whole bill, split it item by item, and send each friend a PromptPay QR for their share. When they transfer, the bird matches it. You can see who still owes.
Water bill slip? Share it in, the bird files it
Share a transfer slip from your bank app through the Share Sheet. OCR reads the amount and payee and matches it to the recurring rule you set up: water, internet, Netflix. One screen shows the whole month's commitments.

Pockets set money aside for a goal like a car down payment. Debt schedules track the payoff. Category budgets show the percentage used before it gets out of hand, and the calendar lets you look back on any day.

Just ask the bird
Ask Pocketbird answers from your own entries, using Apple Intelligence on the device. No question or figure is sent to an outside AI server. Type one sentence, send a slip photo or a PDF statement and the bird drafts the entry, but you always confirm it.
On devices without Apple Intelligence the bird falls back to keyword search. Still works, just a little less clever.

Is it really free?
Yes. Every feature is free with no limits today. Paid plans start in early 2027, and basic logging, calendar, search, sync, widgets and Siri stay free forever, with no ads.
Which devices does it run on?
The app runs on iPhone and iPad (iOS 26 or later). The web app at app.pocketbirdapp.com works in any browser, including on Android. Ask Pocketbird uses on-device AI, so it is iPhone only.
Which banks' SMS and slips can it read?
KBank, SCB, Krungthai, Krungsri, ttb, GSB and Paotang. For other banks you can still log by hand or scan a generic slip, and we keep adding more.
Where do my bank messages and questions go?
Nowhere. Both SMS parsing and Ask Pocketbird run with Apple Intelligence on your device. Only the entries you confirm are synced.
Can I log without internet?
Yes. Log offline as usual and it syncs when you are back online.
How safe is my data?
Encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per user with Row-Level Security, and no tracking SDKs. Export everything or delete your account from inside the app, as set out in our PDPA privacy notice.
